1. Who we are

FB reps (the “app”) is a workout tracker that lets coaches and trainees plan and log resistance training. The app is operated by the FB reps team. Contact us at support@fitboost.website.

2. What we collect

  • Account info — email address and a display name you provide at signup.
  • Workout data — routines, exercises, sets, weights, reps, personal records, and any notes you write.
  • Coach-trainee links— when a trainee accepts a coach invite, both parties' profiles become visible to each other for the duration of that link.
  • Media you upload — videos or GIFs you attach to custom exercises. Stored on our infrastructure (Supabase Storage).
  • Push notification tokens — only if you opt in to receive notifications.
  • No location, contacts, microphone, or health data are collected.
  • No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs are embedded.

3. How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the app's features: storing and displaying your workouts, syncing them across your devices, sharing them with the coach you connected to, and sending push notifications you opted in to.

4. Who can see your data

  • You — at all times.
  • Your connected coach — only the workout, body, and routine data you have not opted out of (see Profile → Coach privacy).
  • FB reps staff — only when troubleshooting an issue you have specifically asked us about.
We never sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

5. Where data is stored

Your data is stored on Supabase (Frankfurt, EU region) and on the Vercel CDN for the web app. Both providers are GDPR-compliant.

6. Your rights

  • Access — you can see all your data inside the app.
  • Export— email us and we'll send a JSON dump within 30 days.
  • Delete — you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app at any time (Profile → Delete account). Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
  • Withdraw coach access — disconnect your coach at any time from Profile → Coach privacy → Disconnect.

7. Children

FB reps is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we materially change what we collect, we'll update this page and notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
